Who We Are

CONTRACT.
EXECUTE.
DELIVER.

Orinoco Energy Group is the commercial platform of an integrated U.S.–Venezuela energy logistics alliance — bringing four allied operating entities under one accountable, branded interface for U.S. clients re-engaging with Venezuela.

Contracting authority sits with OEG Internacional — a Florida corporation incorporated in 2015, SAM.gov registered, NVOCC & IAC licensed, and qualified as an OFAC established U.S. entity for Venezuela General Licenses.

Our allied operators bring 7+ years at Puerto de Guanta — the only port in eastern Venezuela executing heavy-lift project cargo at scale, including equipment exceeding 300 tons for Faja del Orinoco operations.

The Problem We Solve

U.S. companies re-engaging with Venezuela face a recurring gap: a counterparty that is both OFAC-qualified to contract and capable of executing on the ground. OEG Internacional and our allied operators close that gap end-to-end.

Why Now

OFAC General Licenses 4C, 30B, 46B, 47, 48A, 49A, 50A, 51A, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, and 57 — issued and amended in 2026 — opened a working framework for established U.S. entities across Venezuela's oil, petrochemicals, minerals, financial services, and general commercial sectors. OEG Internacional qualifies under that definition.

Our Model

OEG Internacional contracts and moves the cargo. Servicios Logísticos OCK works the port. ADUAVEN clears customs. ECO GREEN handles environmental sanitation. Orinoco Energy Group is the unified commercial platform. One alliance. One accountability. Zero gaps in the chain.

Regulatory Posture

COMPLIANCE
FIRST.

In a market where most operators are figuring out compliance reactively, our alliance built the framework before the business. Every transaction is structured, documented, and auditable.

OEG Internacional, incorporated in Florida in 2015, qualifies as an OFAC established U.S. entity under the Venezuela General Licenses listed below. OEG Internacional is the contracting entity for any transaction within the scope of these authorizations.

GL 4CGL 30B OFAC GL 46BGL 47 GL 48AGL 49A GL 50AGL 51A GL 52GL 53 GL 54GL 55 GL 56GL 57
OFAC Established U.S. Entity
An "established U.S. entity" must have been organized under the laws of the U.S. or any jurisdiction within the U.S. on or before January 29, 2025. OEG Internacional, incorporated in Florida in 2015, qualifies well before that cutoff under Venezuela General Licenses 46B, 48A, 49A, 50A, 51A, 52, 54, and 55.
SAM.gov Registered
OEG Internacional is registered in the U.S. System for Award Management — eligible for U.S. federal programs, government-adjacent contracts, and U.S. export credit agency frameworks once Venezuela coverage reopens.
FCPA Aligned
Anti-bribery policy, documented financial controls, and third-party due diligence for every Venezuelan-nexus transaction.
50% Rule & SDN Screening
Every counterparty cleared against the OFAC SDN List and Consolidated Screening List, with documented 50% Rule analysis on ownership chains. Russia, Iran, DPRK, Cuba, and PRC-linked counterparties are categorical exclusions.
BIS / EAR Parallel Track
OFAC authorization does not replace U.S. export controls. Every shipment is classified (EAR99 or assigned ECCN) and screened against the Entity List, MEU List, and Denied Persons List in parallel with OFAC review.
ISPS Code Compliant
Port operations governed by an IMO-recognized Port Facility Security Plan — required for all internationally trading vessels.
SENIAT Registered Customs
Allied SENIAT-registered customs brokerage handles all clearance — directly integrated with port operations, no third-party intermediary risk.
Environmental Compliance
Allied environmental services arm (ECO GREEN Soluciones Industriales) provides industrial and well sanitation, remediation, and recovery of operational areas — closing the environmental loop for O&G reopening, port operations, and industrial clients.
2026 Venezuela Hydrocarbons Law
Framework allows private operator contracts under U.S. governing law and U.S. dispute resolution — directly aligned with OFAC GL contracting requirements.
